Recently started eating vegetarian food. Best decision to start from well prepared and well balanced meal plans. After just one week of trying Vege2go meal plans I have started to feel much more lighter and have alot more energy when I use to eat meat in everyday meals. Recommended for those who are busy each day and/or those just starting to consider a healthier option to start a vegetarian diet.
