Traditional Italian farmer’s soup with veggies, leafy greens & beans cooked in tomato juice & vegetable stock

Ingredients

Silverbeet, carrot, zucchini, onion, celery, potato, cauliflower leaves, green beans, cannellini beans [cannellini beans, water, salt, ascorbic acid (E330)], borlotti beans [borlotti beans, water, salt, ascorbic acid (E330), calcium chloride (509)], crushed tomato [tomatoes, tomato juice, acidity regulator (330)], olive oil, vegetable stock [marine salt, rice flour, palm shortening (non-hydrogenated), sugar, yeast extract, dehydrated vegetables (onion, celery, garlic, spinach, bayleaf), vegetable flavours], cultured dextrose, water.

Heating instructions

Ready to heat & serve.

Microwave: remove lid & microwave on high for 4 mins.

Stove: pour into saucepan & gently heat for 5 mins. Stir occasionally.

Storage instructions

Refrigerate below 4°C. Consume within 24 hours of opening.

Freeze for up to 3 months. If frozen, thaw in refrigerator for 24 hours before consuming.
