Delivery FAQs

How does the food come delivered?

Our ready meals are delivered refrigerated (not frozen) packed in a sealed cardboard boxes with ice packs. Your insulated package will keep your meals at the correct temperature for approx 6 hours unrefrigerated and out of direct sunlight.

We use Modified Atmosphere Packaging to maintain an oxygen-poor environment in the interior of a package with the goal of extending a product's shelf life, preserving product color, texture, and taste, and ensuring product safety. 

Due to the perishable nature of your order, we STRONGLY recommend that someone be available to receive your order and that it be refrigerated or frozen as soon as it is delivered to maintain freshness.

It is a good idea to provide a work address for your delivery, if you know you will not be home, to ensure your order is received and quality managed.

When will I receive my order?

Melbourne Metro

Orders are despatched daily - Monday to Friday - Deliveries will arrive within 1-2 business days after you place your order.  

Orders placed after 12pm on Fridays and Weekends will be delivered on next Tuesday.

VIC outside Melbourne Metro

Deliveries will arrive within 2-4 business days after you place your order.  

Sydney Metro

Orders placed before Tuesdays will be delivered on next Monday or Tuesday.

Regional Sydney

Orders placed before Tuesdays will be delivered on next Tuesday.

If you require a more specific delivery date , please send us an email to or write in order comment. we will try to accommodate, if possible.

We use a highly reputable external refrigerated courier service, but occasional delays may be experienced from time to time, which are outside of our control. As such, we cannot guarantee earlier delivery times, but do our best to accommodate.

No deliveries on Sundays, or public holidays.

Can the meals be frozen?

Yes (except for leafy salads and some desserts). We recommend freezing for up to 3 months. Please refer to the product label for storage instructions. You can also refer to the storage instructions for each product on our e-store.

How do I heat up the meals?

Each individual meal has a label with heating instructions (both oven & microwave). Please follow these instructions. You can also refer to the heating instructions for each product on our e-store.

Is there a minimum order?

$50 minimum order within 30km from Melbourne CBD (Free delivery on orders over $200); $120 minimum order in NSW & ACT & VIC outside 30km from Melbourne CBD (Free delivery on orders over $250); $25 minimum order for NDIS & HCP customers

How much does delivery cost?

$15 flat fee per delivery for areas within 30 kms radius from CBD in Melbourne. $20 flat fee per delivery for areas outside 30 kms radius from Melbourne CBD in Victoria and Sydney. Extra charge may apply if your post code is not in our shipping zone.  ( NDIS & HCP customers please refer to quotation)

What if nobody is home? Can the box be left unattended?

AUTHORITY TO LEAVE - (ATL): If it is likely that no-one will be at the place of delivery, and you are happy for the package to be left unattended for a short period of time, please request so in the “Special Delivery Instructions” section prior to check out.

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate delivery address details. You have the opportunity to If you have not provided an Authority to Leave (ATL) please make sure someone is available to sign for receipt of your order at your nominated delivery address. If re-delivery is required, you will be charged the delivery fee x 2 - as this covers the trip there, back to our premises and then to the delivery address again. This is what the courier service will charge.

Can I return my order once I receive it?

Orders cannot be returned once delivered, opened or consumed. Should you be unhappy with the products, please call us immediately via we will endeavour to resolve the issue for you as soon as possible.
