Organic quinoa, pears [refined fruit juice (pear/apple)] pure maple syrup, cinnamon, pecans, blueberries, flaked almonds, coconut cream, sugar-free soy milk [filtered water, soyabeans (Non GMO)] cultured dextrose,  Pura Veda Cereal [buckweath groats, sunflower kernels, linseed, millet, sesame seeds, pepitas, chia seeds, amaranth, poppy seeds].

Heating instructions

Ready to heat & serve.

Microwave: remove lid, microwave on high for 1 min, add warm soy/nut milk if desired.

Stove: transfer to saucepan, add soy/nut milk & gently heat for 5 mins. Stir well.

Storage instructions

Refrigerate below 4°C. Consume within 24 hours of opening.

Freeze for up to 3 months. If frozen, thaw in refrigerator for 24 hours before consuming.
