Organic quinoa, carrot, zucchini, potato, capsicum, pumpkin, sweet potato, turnip, peas, cauliflower, celery, crushed tomato [tomatoes, tomato juice, acidity regulator (330)], onion, olive oil, sea salt, thyme, vegetable stock [marine salt, rice flour, palm shortening (non-hydrogenated), sugar, yeast extract, dehydrated vegetables (onion, celery, garlic, spinach, bayleaf), vegetable flavours], cultured dextrose, cumin, water.

Ready to heat & serve.
Microwave: remove lid & microwave on high for 4 mins.
Stove: pour into saucepan & gently heat for 5 mins. Stir occasionally.
Refrigerate below 4°C. Consume within 24 hours of opening.
Freeze for up to 3 months. If frozen, thaw in refrigerator for 24 hours before consuming.

One of my favourite dishes
I've had this previously. It was just as tasty as the last time. A real conversation stopper - it's so good, you don't want to talk, just eat. :)
My favorite bit is when you hit a bit of roasted zucchini Yum! So many roast veg its delicious. To me its more like a vegetable curry without being over overbearingly so.
Could eat this again and again. A real winner ++
This is great by itself or as a side to other dishes. A really large portion, this definitely works as a side for two meals.

This casserole is so tasty, I could honestly eat it every day. It tastes fresh and is healthy and you'd never know it's a microwave meal. Sooo good :)
I felt so satisfied after eating this dish and I knew I was doing good for my body. There were lots of delicious chunks of veggies and they were full of flavour.
