Arborio rice(Spain), tomato, onion, carrot, eggplant, mushroom, lentils, salt, vegetable oil, salt, sesame seed, chilli flakes, gluten free breadcrumbs(maize starch, maize flour, tapioca, rice flour, coconut cream, canola oil, coconut sugar, psyllium husk, iodised salt, dry yeast, acacia gum, sesame seeds), napoli sauce (crushed tomato [tomatoes, tomato juice, acidity regulator (330)], garlic, olive oil, onion, basil, sea salt, sugar, spices, cultured dextrose).

Heating instructions
Ready to heat & serve.
Microwave: remove lid & microwave on high for 3-4 mins. Stir well.
Oven: preheat oven to 200°C, place arancini on oven-proof dish & heat for 15 mins.
Storage instructions
Refrigerate below 4°C. Consume within 24 hours of opening.

Crispy and delicious
Highly recommend - they are perfectly crispy in the oven, I heat on a tray and in the last 5mins pour the sauce into an ovenproof dish to heat alongside, then nest the arancini in the sauce to serve. Id imagine they also would crisp up great in an airfryer. The filling is very very slightly spicy for any that really can't handle spice, but I find it's a good addition (and honestly they're so good even if you really hate spice it's probably worth getting them anyway and just having a glass of milk at the ready)
