Put dumplings in bowl, fill bowl with hot water, cover the bowl and microwave for 3-4 minutes.
Refrigerate below 4°C. Consume within 24 hours of opening.
Freeze for up to 3 months. If frozen, thaw in refrigerator for 24 hours before consuming.

I steam these in a miso soup, and the texture and filling of the dumplings is the best.
