Ready to heat & serve.
Microwave: remove lid, add 30ml water & microwave on high for 3-4 mins. Stir well.
Stove: transfer into saucepan, add 30ml water & gently heat for 5 mins. Stir well.
Refrigerate below 4°C. Consume within 24 hours of opening.

Have ordered this twice now and each order have ordered two, its delicious and filling and a must to try Vegan or not.
As a pre-prepared meal, this is really excellent. The rice has just enough bite and the sauce is very tasty. I highly recommend this, especially on a chilly night.

Since transitioning from a vegetarian to vegan diet I've tried a few different brands of vegan risotto, but this is far and away the best I've ever eaten. It's truly delicious, healthy and hardy. Who knew that eating something as simple as a vegan risotto could be a rewarding experience!

Very tasty risotto, lovely mushroom flavour. Cooked very well, each grain of rice is well formed, not mushy or soggy.
