Arborio rice slow cooked in veggie stock with white wine, leek, mushroom and baby spinach, topped with soy parmesan

Heating instructions

Ready to heat & serve.

Microwave: remove lid, add 30ml water & microwave on high for 3-4 mins. Stir well.

Stove: transfer into saucepan, add 30ml water & gently heat for 5 mins. Stir well.

Storage instructions

Refrigerate below 4°C. Consume within 24 hours of opening.

    I'm no chef but I love to eat and this risotto is one of the best I've had. If I received it in a restaurant then I'd be really impressed. Great food, thank you.

    VERY tasty and satisfying meal. Love a good vegan meal that is hearty and filling, as this is. Will definitely be making this a regular purchase from vege2go

    We have enjoyed this risotto on several occasions now -- and I think it is even better. Perhaps the recipe has been tweaked slightly? Good reheat instructions and really delicious.
